I must be crazy!

I went grocery shopping today and saw this and just for shits and giggles decided to buy it {Oh, no worries mate, words like hell and damn and the s-word are not swears here -it's cool...except that I'll have the mouth of a sailor when I come home! Jason told us that when he was here, he honestly heard the Bishop say over the pulpit Sunday morning, "We sure had a hell of a ward party last night didn't we?! -on more than one occasion}
Anyway, back to the Kangaroo Mince, I am now I am wondering what the hell I was thinking! I know this is just going to sit and sit in my freezer because I am growing more terrified of it by the minute! I'll let you know if the fear ever ceases I actually make some Kangaroo burgers!

Ewww! If anyone were to ever work up the nerve, it would be you! Make sure you watch your potty mouth around the children when you get back home!

I should move there, not for the kangaroo meat, but so that I can stop feeling guilty for saying those words!! J/K

This post was hilarious!!

Oh yes, I remember when Parker and MaKenna (Jason's kids) came back to the US they were swearing and it was hillarious! They tried to keep them from picking it up in Australia, but when all of their friends would say it while playing Nintendo games... there really wasn't a hole lot they could do! I am sure Lane will will have a new vocabulary when she come back:)

HA HA! I needed that laugh! I remember when my uncle was serving in Australia on his mission and he would always "swear" in his letters and I thought he was such a bad person. :) You kill me. I should encourage my sister to move there...she would fit right in!

What the hell are you waiting for? :) Make a kangaroo burger! I'm sure nobody could make it better than you could. Everything you cook is incredible. I still have moments when I crave the coconut shrimp with peach/mango dipping sauce you made one time when you invited us over.

It may be ok to talk like that in Australia, but check the sailor talk at the border when you come home. Those are still soap words here. Unless the grand kids do it, then it will be cute I guess. Dad

Natalie, I was wondering when I started reading this post where it was going!! You are too funny for words, I love your posts.

Natalie Natalie....you are all too funny. I love it. And I love that you call them "swears". I think I'll pick that up. I love damn and hell. They are my favorite swears. Tay likes to use them "incorrectly", like, "What the damn?" He comes up with some pretty funny ones.

I can not believe you bought that! Yuck! But I am not going to lie, I wouldn't mind a post in a few weeks talking about your "Roo Burgers!"

I don't even know what to say... You know how meat is my FAVORITE thing to eat, and to touch!! Please dont eat it! Kangaroos should be hopping in the wild outback or seen at the zoo, not on your dinner plate! :)

Hey Paul could do some good home teaching in Aussie land if those words are acceptable. Kangaroo meat-very interesting. Let me know how it turns out.

#1- Yes, I am still reading your blog... you are freaking hilarious.

#2- I cannot believe you ate that poor kangaroo and his Sheppard. I have not been that daring yet-- but I do like the idea of feeding it to unsuspecting visitors.
